Responsibilities -

  1. Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their customer acquisition and experience management goals, challenges, and requirements. Conduct in-depth consultations to gather insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
  2. Solution Design: Utilize your expertise in customer acquisition and experience management to design comprehensive solutions that align with clients' business objectives. This may include developing strategies for lead generation, sales funnel optimization, customer retention, and loyalty programs, as well as designing customer-centric processes and workflows.
  3. Customization and Implementation: Customize solutions based on clients' specific needs and requirements, and work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of the designed strategies. Collaborate with various departments, such as sales, marketing, operations, and technology, to align efforts and ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support. Proactively address client concerns, provide timely updates, and ensure client satisfaction through excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and make proactive recommendations to clients. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to inform solution design and optimization

Required Skills/Abilities -

  1. Over 10 years of relevant experience
  2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform solution design and optimization.
  3. Excellent consulting skills with the ability to understand clients' needs, gather requirements, and design tailored solutions.
  4. Ability to design, and project manage implementation IT & BPO solutions based on clients' unique needs and requirements.
  5. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
  6. Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  7. Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and other relevant technologies.
  8. Strong inter-functional relationship management skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience -

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or a related field. Qualification in communication technology will be an advantage.
