Head - Operations (Special Projects)
Sonia leads and manages worxpertise's special projects for clients. She is responsible for creating innovative solutions tailored to meet specific client requirements. These are transformational projects for clients and include enhancing customer experience by leveraging the latest technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Sonia has 15 years of experience in Operations Management, Vendor Management, Business Development, P&L Management and SLA Management. She analyses existing systems, business requirements, & facilitates the implementation of new systems and processes, in line with the overall client business goal and objectives. Sonia has worked across industries including Telecom, BFSI, Retail, Utility and E-Commerce and managed vendors like IBM, HGSL (Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd.) and Aegis.
Amongst her many achievements, she has built from scratch projects like Airtel Money and Call Centre for Videocon Telecom. She has also successfully managed critical business situations such as SIM fraud.
Before joining worxpertise Sonia, worked in Airtel, Videocon, Aegis and Vodafone.
She holds MBA in Marketing and HR from IILM Delhi.
