the certification process was very rigorous and tough to qualify. for the certification, direct and anonymous feedback from employees were taken, then an audit of work practices & policies was conducted. based on both inputs a company must score a minimum of 70% positive responses in the Trust Index© Employee Survey to qualify for certification. worxpertise scored 87%.
