Amandeep is the Head of Operations in worxpertise. He is responsible for overall client operations and maintaining excellence in services. He provides strategic counsel to clients to continuously improve and streamline business processes. He is also in charge of creating powerful teams to meet the next-generational digital requirements of clients.

Amandeep has over 19 years of experience in various aspects of client operations including Vendor Management, Training & Development, Quality, Complaint Management and Software Enhancement & Development. He has also created and implemented various automation projects for customer life-cycle management for clients.

He has handled key projects across different global markets for Fortune 500 companies. This includes one of the biggest consumer durables manufacturing companies in the US & ANZ markets. Other big relationships that Amandeep has managed include the core credit card business for multiple banks in the US such as JP Morgan Chase, Capital One Bank, Juniper Bank, Metris Companies and Providian bank. He was also part of the management team handling projects for British Gas, the UK’s largest Gas and Electricity Company and for one of the biggest Telecom providers in the US - Primus Telecommunications.

He has worked across industries including Auto, Telecom, BFSI, Retail, Utility and E-Commerce.

Amongst his many important achievements, Amandeep has developed a comprehensive automation real-time order management system for a global consumer durable company. He has also been instrumental in building the entire Indian e-commerce business from the ground up for two leading global sportswear companies.

Amandeep holds a Master's in Commerce and also is a RICL (Royal Impact Certification Ltd.) certified internal auditor for ISO standards.
