Throughout his career spanning over 3 decades, Rajiv had been a successful entrepreneur as well as a corporate leader working for markets globally. Prior to founding worxpertise, he was President & CEO - Hero BPO and Hero Mindmine. He also held senior leadership positions in HCL Technologies, HCL Infosystems, Xerox, RPG Group, Daksh BPO, Arvind Mills etc. He is also the founder of India’s first online B2B e-commerce platform – officebaazar.com.
Apart from being a corporate leader, he is also a mentor for entrepreneurs & corporate managers.
Rajiv’s expertise also lies in the designing & implementation of business transformation programs across industries. He is widely known in the industry for crafting innovative strategies for transforming businesses by adopting a hands-on approach to Maximizing Customer Experience & Customer Lifetime Value, Maximizing Business Partner Experience for better market access, and SMB Operations Management for ensuring predictable business outcomes and improved P&L.
Rajiv enjoys working with new-generation technology-enabled business solutions. Rajiv is a member of NASSCOM & International Association of Outsourcing Professionals and is the Secretary General of the Institute for World Congress on Human Rights. He believes strongly in contributing to the society we live in.
